What types of courses do you offer?

What format are your courses, (PDF Static or Video Interactive)?

All our courses are video interactive online training and fun to learn with, given you greater retention and knowledge of your chosen course. We don’t supply the “Old school” pdf static flip book pages.

How do I access my course after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with secure login details. You can access your course anytime through your account dashboard.

Do you offer “Bulk” discounts for businesses?

Yes, we do, we offer great cost-effective packages for businesses in all sectors.

What purchase options do you offer?

We offer 3 options, individual credit purchases, open license (access all our courses for a one-off fee) or a credit bulk purchase option. Please contact us for your bespoke pricing on large bulk orders.

How long do I have access to the course?

Most of our courses come with lifetime access unless otherwise stated. You can learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere on any device.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Amazon Pay, and Klarna – so you can choose flexible payment options that work for you. Interest-free monthly payment options for large & bulk orders, please contact us for more information.

Can I pay via invoice or Card?

Yes! We offer invoice options, and you can now use Klarna (spread the cost) and Amazon Pay for all invoices and purchases along with the normal credit/debit cards.
