You should have previously completed ITIL 4 Foundation or any higher level ITIL 4 certification.
You’ll develop an understanding of how the ITIL value system provides the overarching structure that connects governance, guiding principles, practices, and continual improvement. This system ensures that all organisational components work together to convert opportunity and demand into measurable value.
Strengthen your understanding of the new terminology introduced in Version 5, ensuring you can use this language accurately and confidently. This includes clearly defining terms such as digital product and service, utility, warranty, sustainability, service offering, transfer of goods, and more. By mastering this shared vocabulary, you will be able to interpret the framework correctly and apply its principles consistently in practice.
